Chinese New Year 2012 = Year of the Dragon!
This lunar calendar celebration begins with the New Moon on Jan. 23rd and culminates on Feb 6th with the Full Moon. At Mint Tea we will celebrate this Asian holiday by serving traditional, symbolic and creative dishes customary to the Chinese New Year under the guise of local, organic & seasonal food.
We will also honor the virtues of this year's zodiac sign, the Dragon, symbolizing bold, passionate virtues and unbridled enthusiasm. We look forward to working with these creative fires in our kitchen, as well as in life this coming year, and hope you will be able to join us for a dragon worthy dining experience!
