Tajine Cooking Classes with Abdul
Having just finished a series of 3 classes this Spring, we will announce our late Summer/Autumn Class schedule in early August; we will not hold classes in June & July.
Learn the cooking techniques and vessel widely used throughout West Africa and Morocco called a Tajine during these relaxing Sunday afternoons with Abdul.
The class begins with a Moroccan Mint Tea demo, moves into the kitchen where a tajine is prepared with sufficient Q&A time, and ends in our Moroccan Room where you share, Moroccan style, a group tajine with more tea and a Moroccan dessert. Come prepared to eat!
