We serve multi-course dinners every Friday and Saturday from 5:30 to 9:00 pm. We update our dinner menu each Thursday for the coming weekend.

Mint Tea Head Chef Ashley Miller came to the Northwest after working several years cooking at the Four-Diamond Ahwahnee Hotel and Resort in Yosemite National Park. He brings creativity to our kitchen, combining seasonal produce, quality meats and other ingredients from around the globe. Ashley designs, prepares and cooks our Friday and Saturday dinner menus.
