The sweetness of May is leaving us like a lioness, and Mint Tea is brimming with a colorful variety of fresh, local and seasonally oriented dishes - highlighting South of the Border flavors throughout the remainder of May and into June. With the approach of summer, we are looking to introduce a daily happy hour, offering specials on wine, beer and tea. Looking forward into June, we joyfully anticipate 'A Sinuous Soulstice Soiree'- a firey evening tribute to summer's soul. Hosted by Mint Tea in conjunction with Green Goodies and BiGgLeR Productions, it will be an all day event with a little magic, live music, quite the line-up of dancers, and much merriment. Mint Tea is a locally owned business mixing a casual restaurant with our favorite retail items. Our international roots influence our decor and menu as we focus on local, sustainable and organic items in both the restaurant and retail shop.

Stop in for a fresh, seasonal meal or to chat over a cup of tea or coffee with friends. Mint Tea carries many wonderful gift items such as soy and beeswax candles, Japanese incense, soaps, jewelry and cards.

We are proud of our renovated old building in historic Uptown Village. This spot has been our home since 2008, but we've been blessed to have our business in this quaint downtown shopping district since 2002. We warmly welcome you to experience what we've created.

As we plan & prepare for many in-house events in 2013 we also invite you to host your hearts desire in our warm, inviting space ~ be it celebratory, social or business in nature. Contact us to discuss the particulars of your special gathering.
